I do happen to be within the target range (a small few years short of 20), but I'm fine with it as I don't tend to loiter in groups with morons.
It also apparently causes babies to start crying without their parents being able to identify the source.
...So, where can I get one?
Wow, it's like anti-Invisible Fencing.
Of course you know they would come out with something like this about the time I am getting into "hey you kids! Get off my lawn!" age.
