Somehow I'm put in mind of Arthur Dent, his home and a bulldozer.
There is a possibility that the Elgin Marbles will be sent back to Greece, according to the director of the British Museum.And they'll give them right back the moment the BM asks without the tiniest thought of a double cross entering their minds. Really they will. Honest. No kidding.
Neil MacGregor said the Marbles could be taken back to Athens on a temporary basis provided the Greeks acknowledge British ownership of the ancient sculptures.
