You the sort of person who gets impatient with microwave dinners?  Instant coffee stresses your endurance?  Supersonic not fast enough for you?  Well, then how about HYPERSONIC!  Yes, that's right.  Faster than faster than sound.  You want the Hyperion transport.  You need the Hyperion transport.  This 1960's design from the man who thought up the SASSTO takes that same spaceship technology and puts it into the hypersonic transportation system of the '80s.

Hyperion is an all-in one suborbital transport that blasts off from a sled ramp conveniently located on any ¾ mile high mountain that happens to be nearby.  Rocketing into the ionosphere with three gees of acceleration, Hyperion can carry 110 passengers or 18 tons of cargo to the farthest point on the globe in 45 minutes before landing on its own rocket exhaust.

Unfortunately, the odds are that you'll end up at Denver International.
