That's better.  We give you Skydiver!

Need a submarine?  Need a jet fighter?  Why choose when you can have two for the price of a dozen?  Go for Skydiver.  Its after section is an oddly lumpy submarine manned by a crew in fish-net tops (even the ladies!) and the forward section is a state-of the art fighter plane equipped with what are apparently air to air missiles without any sort of target lock mechanism.  In combination, this is so impressive a weapons system that your average MP or congressman will be leaping joyously  for the chequebook and is guaranteed not to come back to reality until well after it's too late to cancel the programme.
