This has the message loud and clear.  We have the caveman in the background with his burning stick and bad posture while in the foreground we see the Man of the Atomic Age reaching to the stars while holding an atom.  It's a pity that his futuristic goggles look like a blindfold.

 Also, I really wouldn't suggest holding a symbol of nuclear energy so close to the family jewels unless extra heads is not a big issue regarding offspring.
