Ah ha! A concession to a
plot point impossible to overcome on a television budget. This
is why everyone inside moves around Moonbase 3 as if they were at
Ealing Studios; artificial gravity!
I love sci-fi technology.
What would take the combined efforts of the entire scientific
community a lifetime of effort, impossible expenditure of riches and a
repeal of several fundamental laws of nature, a set designer can
accomplish with a blinking plastic box with stick-on letters.
