This thing is incredible. Who cares if it's
like finding Times Square at the South Pole. It's the sort of
System conquering optimism that showed the Space Age at its best and
helps to explain the bewilderment when it collapsed. This was
supposed to be the logical outcome of Apollo, not a cranky collection
of budget-busting orbiting tins. |
